A row of raspberry popsicles with raspberries and lemons next to it.

These hot, sunny summer days have had me craving popsicles! Of course, I knew that I wanted to create a healthy spin on popsicles so I could feel good about my kids eating them as well as myself. These Healthy Raspberry Lemonade Popsicles were just the trick because there are only 4 ingredients and no added sugar!

My dad recently gave me some fresh lemons and it inspired me to make these Healthy Raspberry Lemonade Popsicles. It was a hot summer day here in California, so I wanted something refreshing yet healthy. I first decided to make Raspberry Lemonade “nice cream” with the lemons and that ended up turning into these delicious Healthy Raspberry Lemonade Popsicles!

A white hand is holding up a raspberry lemonade popsicles.

These popsicles turned out exactly like raspberry lemonade! They’re perfectly sweet and tart. They are SO good! And, the best part?? There is no added sugar! It also only takes minutes to prepare…unless you’re like me and don’t have frozen bananas ready to go. Then you have to wait for the bananas to freeze. 😉

Since there is no added sugar, I could even share these with my 11-month-old! We ate it together by the spoonful instead of as a popsicle after I made it. He was obsessed! Of course, my toddler was obsessed as well!

How to Make Healthy Raspberry Lemonade Popsicles

This recipe is SO easy to make! It would be a fun one to get your kids involved in.

In a food processor or high-speed blender, combine all ingredients until smooth (about 20-30 seconds). You may have to scrape the mixture down off of the edges of the food processor and process it again to get it all smooth. Next, use a spoon to carefully scoop the mixture into the popsicle molds. Freeze for about 3 hours before serving.

If you prefer to eat it in ice cream form instead of popsicle form, simply pour the processed mixture into a loaf pan instead of the popsicle mold. Cover the loaf pan with plastic wrap and store flat in the freezer. Allow the ice cream to thaw slightly before serving.
