In a food processor or high-speed blender, combine all ingredients until smooth (about 20-30 seconds). You may have to scrape the mixture down off of the edges of the food processor and process it again to make sure it's all smooth.
Next, use a spoon to carefully scoop the mixture into the popsicle molds.
Freeze for about 2 hours before serving.
Notes
If you prefer to eat it in ice cream form instead of popsicle form, simply pour the processed mixture into a loaf pan instead of the popsicle mold. Cover the loaf pan with plastic wrap and store flat in the freezer. Allow the ice cream to thaw slightly before serving.
