This yogurt dip is a protein forward vegetarian side dish, that also doubles as a really yummy pasta sauce or salad dressing! It uses simple, fresh ingredients like parsley, basil, and lemon.

I love serving this dip with gluten-free crackers and chopped veggies. Even my kids tried it with carrots as an afterschool snack and actually loved it! It caught me off-guard that they were even willing to try it, let alone like it!

Recipe Tips & Tricks

  • Use as a pasta sauce! I love using this Greek goddess dip as a pasta sauce. I like adding some chicken sausage or roasted chickpeas on top. I heat up the sauce only a little bit by adding it to the pan that I cook the chicken sausage in or other veggies in right at the end. Then, mix with the pasta and you have a delicious dinner!
  • Salad Dressing: This dip can also be used as a salad dressing!
  • Other Ways to Use This Yogurt Dip: You can use this dip as a sauce to top bowls, burgers, wraps, sandwiches, or meat with.
