This One-Pot Creamy Hummus Pasta is so flavorful and easy to make! It only takes 20 minutes and one-pot and dinner is ready!

One-pot pasta dishes are one of my favorite things. They are perfect for busy moms, like me, and almost make me feel guilty for cooking something so easy, yet so delicious. This One-Pot Creamy Hummus Pasta is no exception. It’s so flavorful, easy to make, and is ready in just 20 minutes! It’s perfect for busy weeknights after a long day of work or taking care of the kids.
For this one-pot pasta, I wanted to create a light Mediterranean-style pasta that was still a tad bit creamy. I decided to try adding hummus to achieve the creamy texture I was going for. As a bonus, the hummus adds a savory and tangy flavor to the pasta as well as some additional protein.

How to Make One-Pot Creamy Hummus Pasta
1. Saute garlic in a large pot for about 30 seconds.
2. Add the remaining ingredients except for the hummus and feta cheese.
3. Cook until the pasta is al dente and has soaked up most of the liquid (about 11-13 minutes).
4. Turn the heat off and add the feta cheese and hummus.
5. Toss to combine and serve immediately!
Make it Vegan and/or Gluten-Free
This pasta can easily be made vegan by simply omitting the feta cheese. You can also make it gluten-free by using gluten-free pasta noodles.
