spaghetti noodles

tablespoon
olive oil

garlic cloves

minced

cup
artichoke hearts
,
chopped
1/2
cup
pitted green olives
1
cup
cherry tomatoes
,
halved
1
15.5-ounce can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1
cup
parsley
,
loosely chopped
1/2
cup
feta cheese
2
tablespoons
lemon juice
4
cups
water
Salt and pepper
,
to taste

cup
hummus
Instructions
In a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil and garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds.
Add all remaining ingredients except the hummus and feta.
Stir occasionally and cook until the pasta is al dente (about 11–13 minutes, depending on the noodles) and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
Turn off the heat and stir in the feta cheese and hummus.
Toss everything together and serve immediately.
