Ingredients

mango cubed

(fresh or frozen)

filtered water

full-fat coconut milk

(unsweetened)

lemon juice

(or lime juice)
Instructions
In a high-speed blender, blend cherries, mango, water, coconut milk, and lemon/lime juice until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and insert a popsicle stick into each popsicle.
Place flat in the freezer and let freeze for about 4-6 hours, until frozen through.
