Cherry Mango Popsicles

Yield: 6 popsicles
These Cherry Mango Popsicles are a perfect, healthy summer treat for the whole family! They're easy to make and only have 5 ingredients!

Freezing Time: 4 hours
Total Time: 4 hours 10 minutes

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 cup mango cubed, (fresh or frozen)
  • ¼ cup filtered water
  • ¼ cup full-fat coconut milk, (unsweetened)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, (or lime juice)

Instructions
 

  • In a high-speed blender, blend cherries, mango, water, coconut milk, and lemon/lime juice until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and insert a popsicle stick into each popsicle.
  • Place flat in the freezer and let freeze for about 4-6 hours, until frozen through.
