raw pumpkin seeds

pecans

raw sliced almonds
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla until smooth.
Mix in the steel-cut oats, coconut sugar, cinnamon, chia seeds, dried cherries, pumpkin seeds, pecans, and almonds.
Spread onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cook in the oven for 25 minutes, stiring occasionally.
Allow to cool on the baking sheet for approximately 20 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store granola in an air-tight container on the counter for a couple of weeks.
